Mahua Chakraborty
Mrs. Mahua Chakraborty has been teaching at a K-12 school in East Tennessee for the last 16 years. Mrs. Chakraborty has a combination of research experience and a master's in chemistry (with a teaching degree). During Mrs. Chakraborty’s career as a high school teacher, she realized that the greatest joy of a teacher comes when she sees each of her students excel. Being a Chemistry and Physics teacher, results did not come easily to her as each student had their unique style of learning. To meet everyone’s needs to her best abilities, she attended several workshops and conferences to enhance her teaching strategies and worked on improving her pedagogies. She also attended several STEM conferences to make learning easier for students and got her Ed.S. degree that helped her to foster a motivating and positive learning environment specially to students with special needs.
